Fabrication

Angular structure with CRCA / M.S duly non-contaminent epoxy powder coated. It has a water bath with 6 nos of stainless steel 316 L pots of 2 Ltrs capacity, shafts & impellers for agitating clockwise 180 degree, Anticlockwise 180 degree.

Working

It gives scaled reproductions of larger washer, This is a 6 place washing machine simulating the action of the agitator type washer.

Determination

Detergent valve of soap, synthetic detergents, & other washing compounds. Washability of fabrics. Colour fastness of textile materials. Optimum temp. & rotary action cycle for a liquid phase until process.

Electrical Connections

A worm reduction Universal Mounting Gear Motor (Make BONFIGLOLI”) frequency drive – Single phase 1/2 H.P. 3 phase & vectron type stainless steel heaters.

PLC with HMI (programmable Logic Controls) with wide touch screen & function to maintain temp. in bath display time t set wash & rinse cycle. Electronic digital RPM display & variable speed regulator (programmable all in one) Temp. Range : Without refrigeration system, 5 Degree C above ambient to 100 Degree C & with refrigeration system :5 Degree C to 100 Degree C can set rotating speed, temp., cycle time & test dates, output by parallel port USB or RS485/232.

Documentation

To comply with the documentation requirements, we provide IQ, OQ & PQ protocols to be executed before taking the chamber in to for regular use, and support the supply with the following documents with the detail operational and service manual.
Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Operational Manual for Controller IQ,PQ,OQ protocols certificate. Calibration certificate of all controlling modules with traceability. Certificate of MOC. Test Report of chamber prior to supply with mapping certificate. wiring diagram for ease of service maintenance.
