Features :

Silica Heater : The Silica heater helps in easy cleaning of boiler. The scaling formed can easily be acid rinsed
Teflon Screw Cock : A Teflon Screw Cock is incorporated for-situ cleaning and draining of boiler.
Efficient Condenser : The distilled output is cool ensured by a highly efficient borosilicate coiled condenser. The temperature of the distillate is around 25 -45°C .
Screw thread connectors : All plumbing connection to the equipments including that to the silica Heater are made via Screw thread connectors with silicon rubber ‘O’rings which helps in easy installation and avoids the danger of glassware breakage during assembly.
Powder coated stand : b The stands is powder coated for long rust free operation.

Special Safety Features :

PTS for Safety : The unit is provided with pressure temperature switch to shut off power supply in case the water level in the boiler falls below the heater level
Fuse : Fuse for general laboratory use-capable of producing pyrogen free water.

Note:

The results memtioned in the specification are obtained by using water treatment cartridge for raw water.
The heater wattage and output has been designed for 240V operation. Normally the voltage will be 220-230V. Hence there may be a 10% variation in the output capacity of the distiller.
